Shop the world!
South Africans do not shop in attractive pedestrian streets like the Meir in Antwerpen, the Nieuwstraat in Brussels or Viru Tanav in Tallinn. Most of the shopping here is being done in huge shopping malls, sanitized places without beggars, street musicians, fresh air or daylight. The most gigantic mall is in Century City, the district where Triin's office is located, and is called Canal Walk. Of course it is a convenient one stop shopping place, but for Europeans like us the atmosphere is rather repulsive.
