Kirstenbosch

The botanical garden of Kirstenbosch is a great place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. It is not only the best place in the world to enjoy the flavours and colors of the trees and plants and flowers of the Cape floral region, but also a great spot to relax for a while. On the lush meadows, we were reading the Sunday Times, one of the few quality newspapers in South Africa, while Joonas ran up and down the mountain streams trying to find new friends. After a while he managed to impress two very nicely dressed ladies. They immediately fell in love with his charms. What a player!

Did you know that the botanical garden of Leuven is the oldest one of Belgium? It's a nice place to read a magazine, to eat your sandwich or to just sit and watch and dream... But probably not that exotic as the garden at Kirstenbosch. Ciao!
