Lion's Head

Lion's Head is the smaller brother of Table Mountain. It is the value for energy walk in Cape Town. The climb as such is not too strenuous, and the views are simply mindblowing. After some cold and rainy days, all three of us really enjoyed the first spring sun.

Indeed, the views are simply mindblowing.
We really like the pink cap. It provokes gleeful memories of our last year's hitchhiking trip in Poland.
And once again. Why is this called Lion's head?

It's making me jealous! Always nice to read about your life and trips in South-Africa!

Lots of greetings to the "family" :-)

It is believed that the last Cape black-maned lion was shot on that mountain. But then again, I wasn't around when it happened.
